Students explore study options during visit

Some 39 students along with 11 teachers from SMPIHM, Serasa conducted a study visit to Meragang Form Six Centre recently.

The group comprised members from Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya (PRS), prefects and Year 10 science students. The visit was jointly organised by the school's Career, Leadership and Counselling Services Unit, Student Affairs Department and the Head of Year teacher.

During the visit, the entourage was given a briefing by the Deputy Principal of Meragang Form Six Centre and was introduced to some of the Upper and Lower six students in a get-together session.

The students also had the opportunity to tour the school premises such as the teacher's staff room, library, science laboratories as well as the art studio.

The aim of the visit was to introduce to the students available subjects provided by the college as well as to strengthen ties between the students and teachers and broaden their perspectives in increasing their academic presentation.
